EMAIL the Quorum Help Desk to request a retake. (Phone requests not accepted.)
A retake request must include:
- The words "Retake Request"
- Your name
- Your Quorum username (email address)
- The full name of the course you would like to retake
We will respond with your scheduled retake date. Retakes must be assigned by the Quorum Help Desk team; you will not be able to access the retake course through the catalog.
With a group membership in Quorum (a group is 11 plus memberships purchased by a single organization), up to 25% of Quorum authorized users are eligible for replacement upon employee termination. For example, up to three of the 12 authorized users on your roster who are no longer employed by your organization may be replaced during the year for the balance of the membership year.
Quorum memberships are designed to ensure an employee has access to professional development for one full year. The replacement policy for group memberships is available for the first ten months of the group membership. Upon renewal in Quorum, the group may replace its roster for the new membership year.
Quorum purchases are non-refundable.
